Please ensure all jewelry remains in its original, unworn condition with the security tags intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry in its original Goldbank presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, including a copy of your packing slip.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
