We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, all Goldbank Jewellers pieces come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
